Ora Yoga
The Path is the Goal
About Me
The first time I stepped into a yoga studio was in Manhattan—a traditional space that radiated presence, belonging, and serenity. It was an Integral Yoga class, and for 90 minutes, I traveled into consciousness in a way I had never experienced before. The blue walls felt as if they were hugging me. I felt at home—home in my body, home in my soul. That feeling was profound, and I craved it more and more. From that moment on, I immersed myself in the practice, study, and teaching of yoga, embracing the wisdom of the journey.

My passion is to guide people in finding perspective and approaching everything on their path with clarity and openness—to be present in every moment. I teach mainly Hatha yoga, a traditional practice that connects breath to movement, embodies the duality of life: Ha (sun) and Tha (moon)—the push and pull, the balance of energies. This profound practice is about discovering harmony, truth, faith, and trust in the universe while living with intention.

For over 15 years, I have been teaching yoga, meditation, chair yoga for seniors, and leading workshops and training for students pursuing a path in special needs yoga. My son, who is on the autistic spectrum, has been my greatest inspiration in this work. His journey led me to teach yoga to individuals on the spectrum and train other yoga teachers to do the same.
